Oussama Tannane Joins AS Saint-Etienne on Four-and-a-Half-Year Deal
AS Saint-Etienne have officially announced the signing of Oussama Tannane, the 21-year-old left winger, on a four-and-a-half-year contract. The transfer fee is estimated at €1.5 million, making Tannane the club’s second winter signing after the arrival of Norwegian striker Alexander Soderlund.
Tannane, trained at the renowned Ajax Amsterdam academy, brings valuable experience from the Dutch Eredivisie. Over the past few seasons, he has represented Utrecht, PSV Eindhoven, Heerenveen, and Heracles, establishing himself as a versatile and dynamic winger.
Known for his pace, dribbling, and attacking flair, Tannane is expected to bolster Saint-Etienne’s offensive options as the club seeks to improve its standing in Ligue 1. His arrival signals ASSE’s ambition to strengthen the squad and compete more effectively in the second half of the season.
The young Moroccan-born talent now joins a team eager to climb the league table, and fans will be watching closely to see how quickly he adapts to French football and contributes to the club’s attacking efforts.
With Tannane on board, Saint-Etienne adds another promising player capable of making a difference on the left flank, complementing the existing squad and providing manager Christophe Galtier with more tactical options for the remainder of the campaign.
