Ousmane Diallo: Parma eye move for Spanish-Senegalese Borussia Dortmund II winger

Ousmane Diallo, the Spanish-Senegalese left winger currently with Borussia Dortmund II, is being strongly linked with a move to Serie A side Parma. The 19-year-old, who plays in Germany’s Regionalliga West, is rated as having a 91% chance of making the switch to Italy, with talks understood to be at an advanced stage rather than exploratory.

Diallo is under contract with Dortmund’s second team until 30 June 2027, meaning Parma would need to negotiate a fee rather than wait for a free transfer. His current market valuation stands at around €1.5 million, a figure that is likely to form a reference point in any discussions between the clubs as the Italian side seek to strengthen their options on the left flank.

Born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on 12 June 2007 and standing at 1.81m, Diallo is a right-footed winger who has been part of Dortmund’s set-up since the summer of 2025. He joined the club after progressing through their youth ranks, having already made an impact at under-17 level in Germany.

At international level, Diallo has enjoyed notable success with Spain’s youth sides, winning the European Under-19 Championship in 2026. That triumph followed a domestic honour with Dortmund’s academy, as he was part of the team that secured the German Under-17 Bundesliga title in the 2023-24 season.

Parma are monitoring those achievements closely as they weigh up whether to formalise their interest, while Dortmund, protected by the length of Diallo’s current deal, are under no immediate pressure to sell before his contract runs down in 2027.
