Ousama Siddiki: Morocco-born winger joins Ittihad Tanger on free transfer

Ittihad Tanger have signed Morocco-born winger Ousama Siddiki on a free transfer from Spanish side Antequera CF. The 28-year-old, who holds both Moroccan and Spanish nationality, moves to the Botola Pro Inwi club after several seasons in Spain’s third and second tiers.

Siddiki arrives in Tangier as a right-sided attacker with extensive experience in the Primera Federacion, where he has made more than 160 appearances across its regional groups. He joined Antequera in 2024, also on a free transfer, and now switches to the Moroccan top flight as his career returns to the country of his birth.

Born in Tetouan and standing at 1.79m, Siddiki has built his career largely in Spanish football. Before Antequera, he played for UD Melilla and Algeciras CF, having earlier stepped up from Logrones’ reserve side to their senior team in 2019. His performances in Spain’s lower professional tiers have seen him deployed consistently as an attacking right winger, contributing goals and assists over multiple campaigns.

Siddiki’s early development included time in the youth systems of Rayo Vallecano and Real Madrid, followed by a spell with Leeds United’s under-23s before he returned to Spain. Across league and cup competitions, he has accumulated well over 7,000 senior minutes, including appearances in LaLiga2 and the Copa del Rey.

With a current market valuation of around €250,000, Siddiki becomes one of Ittihad Tanger’s notable attacking additions, completing a permanent move to the Botola Pro Inwi club on 20 July 2026.
