Orlando Pirates gaffer Abdeslam Ouaddou wins back-to-back Coach of the Month award in South African league
Head coach of Orlando Pirates Abdeslam Ouaddou has been named Coach of the Month for the second consecutive time in the South African Premiership following a standout performance.
Ouaddou, who joined the Soweto giants before the start of the campaign guided his outfit to an impressive four victories and one draw in five league outings, earning him the Coach of the Month for November-December.
Since joining Pirates, the former Morocco international has reinforced his standing as one of the Premiership’s top tactical minds win a back-to-back Coach of the Month award.
Pirates head into the Christmas break sitting at the summit of the log standings and are two points clear of second-placed Mamelodi Sundowns.
This is his second consecutive Coach of the Month award, having won the prize for September-October.
Ouaddou beat off strong competition from Polokwane City tactician Phuthi Mohafe and Arthur Zwane of AmaZulu to secure the award.
