Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro has urged the fans of the club to rally behind the team ahead of their crucial CAF Champions League return clash against Pyramids FC.
The South African outfit faces a daunting task this weekend after sharing the spoils with the Egyptian side on Saturday.
Pirates played out a 0-0 draw with Pyramids FC in the first leg of the semifinals head at the Iconic FNB Stadium.
“This is how we’ve managed to reach this stage of the competition, playing such football, fighting for every competition, playing such football, and we must, we all must, but I hope people outside can appreciate what these guys are doing every game.
This is game number 42; this season we are unmatched, so at the moment we make a mistake, we need their support, and we must ensure that together we can continue to celebrate good games, like against Pyramids, and hopefully, there will be more,” Riveiro stated.
