One third of AFCON 2025 tickets already SOLD OUT

The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco is already setting the pace for success, with organizers confirming that one-third of available seats for the competition have been sold – months before the opening game.

In just three days, more than 250,000 tickets were purchased, reflecting unprecedented interest in Africa’s premier football tournament.

Morocco’s preparedness and global reputation for hosting excellence have driven confidence among fans eager to witness the spectacle live.

The rapid ticket sales are being fueled by several factors – the Atlas Lions’ popularity after their 2022 World Cup heroics, Morocco’s state-of-the-art stadiums, and a growing global appetite for African football.

CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe has praised Morocco’s organizational commitment, emphasizing that the 2025 edition will be “a defining moment for African football on the world stage.”

Fans from across the continent – notably Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal, Ghana, and Côte d’Ivoire – have made strong ticket purchases, ensuring a vibrant mix of colors and chants in the stands.

With less than two months to kickoff, Morocco’s AFCON 2025 is already shaping up as a sell-out event that will showcase not only world-class football but also Africa’s organizational capacity and unity through sport.
