**Abdelaziz Barrada Gains Confidence and Playing Time at Marseille**
Moroccan midfielder Abdelaziz Barrada is enjoying a more prominent role at Olympique de Marseille this season, earning the trust of coach Michel through consistent performances.
Barrada played a key part in Marseille’s Matchday 7 clash against Toulouse by providing the assist for Michy Batshuayi’s equalizer, helping the team secure a valuable point.
“I’m feeling better and better. I was keen to get some playing time. This year I’m lucky to play a little more. I’m lucky that Michy scored that goal, it was an assist. I’m happy,” said Barrada, a product of the Paris Saint-Germain academy, following the match.
Last season was challenging for the Moroccan midfielder, as injuries limited him to just nine appearances. However, this year Barrada is determined to make the most of his opportunities and contribute regularly to Marseille’s campaign.
