Walid Mesloub Signs Three-Year Deal With FC Lorient
Walid Mesloub has completed his move to FC Lorient, signing a three-year contract with the Ligue 1 club after successfully passing his medical. The announcement was confirmed on Lorient’s official website and social media channels.
Mesloub joins Lorient on a free transfer from Le Havre, where he enjoyed a strong campaign last season. The 28-year-old midfielder expressed his enthusiasm about the transfer, saying: “I am very happy to join FC Lorient and discover Ligue 1 with this club. I chose Lorient because the style of play suits me. It’s a club on a human scale, with values.”
Last season, Mesloub featured in 36 matches for Le Havre, scoring seven goals and providing nine assists, showcasing his creative influence in midfield.
