Oday Al Dabbagh back in Zamalek training after dues issue resolved
Zamalek continued training on Monday at the Military Academy Stadium under coach Ahmed Abdel Raouf, as the team prepares for Saturday’s crucial clash against Haras El Hodood in the second round of the Egypt Capital Cup.
The session featured several important technical and physical updates that reflect the staff’s desire to keep the squad sharp and focused ahead of the next match.
The coaching staff promoted youth-team midfielder El Sayed Osama, to first-team training, with the youngster showing his versatility by playing both in central midfield and defense and participating actively throughout the session. Palestinian forward Oday Dabbagh also returned to full group training after coming back from international duty with Palestine at the Arab Cup.
His participation confirms that Zamalek have successfully resolved his overdue financial dues over the past hours, clearing the way for him to fully focus on football again.
Dabbagh completed both the physical and technical drills normally, making himself available for selection against Haras El Hodood, while the rest of the squad underwent intense fitness work under coach Nuno Costa Ribeiro, followed by tactical exercises and a strong internal scrimmage led by Abdel Raouf.
