Nouha Dicko joined his new team, Wolverhampton, and participated in his first training session on Friday. The 21-year-old Franco-Malian player has been loaned by Wigan until the end of the season and is a potential candidate to be featured in the match against Middlesborough in the English Championship on Saturday.
Having taken part in three FA Cup matches with Wigan this season, Dicko, known for his liveliness, signed with the club in August 2011 after his stint with Strasbourg. Dean Saunders, the Wolverhampton manager, expressed optimism about Dicko’s contribution, stating, “He’s a young player with a lot of liveliness, which I think will benefit us in our last eight games.”
Dicko has prior experience in English D2, having played for Blackpool on loan, featuring in 22 games and scoring 5 goals as a midfielder.
