Nimes B sign France and DR Congo midfielder Pierrerive Nsona on free transfer

Nimes B have added French and DR Congo midfielder Pierrerive Nsona, who has joined the club from Montfermeil U19 on a free transfer.

The 19-year-old central midfielder completed the move on 31 July 2026, beginning the next stage of his development with Nimes’ reserve side. Nsona is predominantly a right-footed player and has been registered in midfield.

Nsona arrives after one season with Montfermeil U19, where he played in National U19 – Group B. He made 20 appearances in the competition and accumulated 1,373 minutes.

His move to Montfermeil followed a free transfer from ASJA U18 in July 2025. Before that, he spent two seasons with Red Star FC U17 after joining from Paris FC’s youth set-up in July 2022.

Nsona’s youth career has therefore taken him through four French clubs before his switch to Nimes B. The move represents his latest change within the French game, with the midfielder now joining a club whose senior side is based in Nimes.

Born on 30 March 2007, Nsona is eligible to represent both France and the Democratic Republic of Congo. His registration lists both nationalities, while his previous football experience has come entirely in France.

The transfer adds a young central midfield option to Nimes B after Nsona’s season with Montfermeil’s under-19 side. His recorded appearances in National U19 – Group B provide the main competitive background to his arrival.

Nsona has now left Montfermeil U19 and completed a free transfer to Nimes B.
