Italian giants, AC Milan, have reportedly ended their move to sign Nigerian international Victor Boniface.
Last week, reports about the impending move of the strike to AC Milan were carried by several Italian media outlets.
Checks revealed that Boniface would sign on an initial loan deal with an option to make his stay permanent at the end of the 2025/26 football season.
However, new media reports in Italy and Germany have revealed that the deal is currently off.
Per transfer insider Sacha Tavolieri, AC Milan has decided not to sign Victor Boniface after the medical examination.
It is understood that the doctors apparently had serious concerns after reviewing the tests from his medicals.
While it has not be collaborated by the medical team of AC Milan, some experts believe the concerns are likely the two cruciate ligament tears the 24-year-old striker suffered during his time at Bodø/Glimt.
With the transfer falling through, Boniface is expected to stay at Bayer Leverkusen for another season unless he lands a new deal.
