Nigerian midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi is returning to action for Leicester City against Manchester United on Friday night.
The player has been out of action since picking up an injury during the team’s 2-2 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion in the English Premier League.
Now fit, his manager Ruud Van Nistelrooy has confirmed that Ndidi will be available for selection for the English FA Cup encounter against Manchester United.
“Wilf (Ndidi) is fine, he had a good week of training, last week and this week and he’ll be part of the squad tomorrow,” the manager said.
In the absence of Ndidi, Leicester City has suffered greatly, losing eight of the team’s last 10 matches.
His return to action should provide some stability, especially in the midfield and defensive area to help the team turn things around.
The FA Cup clash against Manchester United is scheduled for Friday, February 7.
