Daniel Daga extends Molde contract

Nigerian midfielder Daniel Daga has signed a new five-year contract extension with Norwegian club Molde FK, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2031.

The 19-year-old has committed his long-term future to Molde after impressing since joining the club ahead of the 2025 season.

Daga has quickly established himself as an important player for the Norwegian side, with his performances earning him a new long-term contract as the club looks to continue his development.

The young midfielder expressed his delight after putting pen to paper on the new agreement, revealing that he feels comfortable and settled at the club.

“First of all, I thank God. I am very happy to have signed a new contract. I feel incredibly comfortable in Molde, and the club has a big place in my heart.

Since arriving at Molde, the Nigerian midfielder has made 22 official appearances for the club, scoring five goals and providing one assist.

His impressive contribution has strengthened his position within the squad, while the new contract underlines Molde’s confidence in his ability and potential.
