Nigerian international Ademola Lookman is a transfer target of Spanish La Liga club Atletico Madrid.
The club is keeping tabs on the forward and will move to secure his services should any of their attackers leave the club this summer.
This is according to Transfer Insider Fabrizio Romano.
“Atlético Madrid remains interested in signing Ademola Lookman if other players leave the club,” reports Romano.
“Even after the transfer of Thiago Almada, there have been renewed contacts in recent days to gain more clarity on the final price.”
Ademola Lookman has been the star for Italian Serie A outfit Atalanta in the last couple of seasons.
This summer, transfer speculations have linked the forward with a potential move away from Atalanta.
While the interest from Atletico Madrid is strong, the Super Eagles sensation is reportedly leaning towards a move to La Liga champions FC Barcelona.
