Nice sign Alidu Seidu on season-long loan from Rennes

OGC Nice have completed the signing of Alidu Seidu on a season-long loan from Stade Rennais, with the Ghanaian joining as a joker after the summer transfer window closed.

The 26-year-old defender has moved to the Cote d’Azur to provide additional cover and competition in Nice’s defence for the remainder of the season.

A Ghana international, Seidu offers both experience and versatility to Francesco Farioli’s squad. His arrival comes as Nice look to increase their options in the defensive areas.

According to Transfermarkt, Seidu’s current market value is estimated at 6 million euros.

The defender will now look to establish himself quickly at OGC Nice and play a part in the club’s objectives for the campaign.
