Neymar sends signed shirt to Bayern Munich star Michael Olise after hat-trick

Michael Olise marked Bayern Munich’s 7-0 win over Union Berlin with a hat-trick and an assist for Harry Kane before receiving a surprise gift from Neymar.

The French forward was presented with a shirt signed by the Brazilian after Bayern’s emphatic victory in the fourth round of the Bundesliga.

Olise played a central role in the result, scoring three times and setting up Kane as Bayern produced a seven-goal performance. The display continued his impressive start to life at the German club this season.

He has now scored eight goals and provided three assists in seven appearances for Bayern Munich in all competitions, underlining his growing importance to the side.

The signed shirt was delivered to Olise by journalist Isabella Pagliari, according to French publication Foot Mercato. Pagliari had previously arranged a similar shirt exchange between Neymar and French player Desire Doue.

Olise appeared visibly surprised when he saw the Santos shirt bearing Neymar’s signature. The moment reflected his admiration for the former Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona forward, who has long been regarded as one of the leading figures in world football.

Rather than keeping the gesture one-sided, Olise decided to send Neymar a signed Bayern Munich shirt of his own in return. The exchange was shared by 433 on 18 September 2026 with the caption: “Neymar surprised Olise with a signed shirt, and he made sure to return the gesture by sending a signed shirt of his own to Brazil.”

The post concluded with the phrase: “Game recognise game.”
