Newly promoted French Ligue 1 outfit Paris FC have reached an agreement to secure the services of Nigeria international Moses Simon.
Paris FC are seeking to strengthen their squad as the club gear up for their debut French Ligue 1 campaign, and Simon, who plies his trade for fellow French outfit FC Nantes has emerged as a priority target.
According to report, Paris FC have reached an agreement with FC Nantes for the transfer of Nigerian international Moses Simon for a transfer fee around €7 million.
The left-winger has been a key target for Paris FC this summer as they look to strengthen a squad that will be playing in Ligue 1 for the first time in 46 years.
Paris FC initial €5 million bid fell short to Nantes expectations. With an improved offer, Paris FC is said to have reach an agreement for the signing of the winger.
Simon is expected to end his five-year stay at FC Nantes, with Paris FC closing in on his signing.
During his time at Nantes, Simon has helped the club stave off relegation and also reach back-to-back Coupe de France finals in 2022 and 2023. The first of which the club won, beating OGC Nice, and claiming the club’s fourth.
