Moussa Sissoko Open to Move, But Committed to Premier League
After a challenging season with Newcastle United, where the Magpies narrowly avoided relegation thanks in part to his decisive goal against West Ham, Moussa Sissoko is now reflecting on his future—and he’s clearly considering a new chapter.
The French midfielder has made it clear: he wants to stay in England.
“I don’t want to leave the English league. It’s the one that suits me best,”
he said, emphasizing his attachment to the Premier League’s intensity and style.
As for a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain, long rumored to be monitoring him, Sissoko addressed the speculation directly:
“Yes, I have the level to play for PSG, I don’t know the desire… During the last transfer window, I heard like you on television that PSG was following me. But no one came to see me. Neither me, nor my agent.”
Sissoko remains open to new opportunities—but only if they keep him on English soil.
