Newcastle United are said to have proposed a loan deal for Ben Arfa as part of their efforts to secure Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, a player the Magpies highly desire. The loan arrangement would help Newcastle facilitate Lacazette’s transfer to St James’ Park.
