Nea Salamis sign Nigeria midfielder Timipere Johnson Eboh on loan from Kifisia

Nigeria midfielder Timipere Johnson Eboh has joined Cypriot club Nea Salamis on loan from Greek side Kifisia.

The 24-year-old defensive midfielder completed the move on 9 September 2026, switching from Greece’s Super League 1 to the Cyprus League. The transfer is recorded as a loan, with Eboh due to return to Kifisia when the arrangement ends.

Eboh began the 2026-27 campaign with one appearance in the Kypello Elladas, playing 84 minutes. He has not made a league appearance this season and has no goal or assist to his name.

The Lagos-born player joined Kifisia permanently from Asteras Aktor in July 2025 for a reported €100,000. He had previously spent the 2024-25 campaign at Kifisia on loan from Asteras Aktor, helping the club win the Greek second tier.

Eboh’s move to Nea Salamis continues a career that has included several loan spells in Greek football. He previously played for Iraklis, Panathinaikos B and Episkopi on temporary transfers from Asteras Tripoli, having joined Asteras’ under-19 side from Clique Sports in 2020.

He is a right-footed midfielder and stands 1.82m tall. His market value is listed at €600,000, the highest figure recorded during his career.

Nea Salamis have now secured Eboh’s services from Kifisia on loan for the 2026-27 season.
