The Royal Army Club, led by their Tunisian coach Nasreddine Nabi, secured a crucial victory against the home team, Nahdat Berkane, coached by another Tunisian, Moez Chaabani, with a scoreline of 2-1 in the 22nd round of the Moroccan Championship.
This victory further solidified the Royal Army’s position at the top of the league table with 52 points, extending their lead to four points over their closest pursuers, Raja Casablanca.
Meanwhile, Nahdat Berkane remains in sixth place with 30 points, although it’s worth noting that they have played two fewer matches than some of their rivals.
