Napoli are pushing hard to land Swiss winger Dan Ndoye, having already agreed personal terms with the Bologna star.
The club’s transfer team is working at full tilt this summer, with Ndoye now at the top of their list.
The 23-year-old has been on Napoli’s radar since January, when an initial €20 million offer was knocked back. Talks have since ramped up, and Ndoye’s side has made it clear he wants the move. But Bologna are standing firm, demanding €40 million to let him go.
Napoli have come close with an offer around €30 million plus bonuses, but that still falls short. Bologna’s stance is shaped partly by a 15% sell-on clause owed to Basel, which eats into their profit.
Ndoye had a standout 2024/25 season, scoring nine goals and adding six assists across all competitions. He capped it off by scoring the winner in the Coppa Italia final, boosting both his profile and price tag.
Napoli remain hopeful of sealing the deal but are keeping options open in case talks break down.
