Napoli are stepping up efforts to land Bologna winger Dan Ndoye as they prepare for a new era under manager Antonio Conte.
The Serie A club has opened fresh negotiations with Bologna, hoping to strike a final deal for the Swiss forward.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, talks between the two clubs are ongoing. Napoli have already reached full agreement on personal terms with the 23-year-old since last week, with Ndoye targeting a €25 million transfer.
Ndoye impressed last season in Serie A, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in 30 matches. His pace, dribbling, and direct attacking style have made him one of the most watched young players in the league.
Conte sees Ndoye as a key piece in his plan to rebuild Napoli into title contenders. But with German side Borussia Dortmund reportedly in the picture, the race for the winger could heat up quickly.
