has categorically rejected rumours linking striker Victor Osimhen with a move away from the club, with sporting director Giovanni Manna confirming that no club has made contact regarding the Nigerian international.
Osimhen, who is currently on loan at Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray, has been the subject of growing transfer speculation, particularly with reports suggesting interest from top clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United.
It has been claimed that the 24-year-old forward could leave Galatasaray in January if a club activates his €75 million release clause.
However, Manna firmly stated that no offers have been received by Napoli.
“I have already said several times that no one has contacted us,” Manna remarked. “Victor belongs to Napoli and currently plays for Galatasaray.
We have talked about it too much, nothing is happening.” He stressed that despite the widespread media coverage of potential moves, there has been no formal approach from any club.
The sporting director also made it clear that Napoli’s immediate focus is on their current objectives, with the team concentrating on their ongoing campaign.
“We made a lot of investments this summer and we are ready to do more if necessary,” Manna continued.
“We are focused on our current campaign. If an opportunity to improve the team presents itself, we will take it, but it is not our priority at the moment.”
Osimhen’s future with Napoli had been widely discussed in recent weeks, but the club is not currently engaging in any transfer negotiations.
For now, the 24-year-old forward remains committed to his loan spell at Galatasaray, where he continues to feature prominently for the Turkish side.
As the January transfer window draws closer, Napoli’s focus remains on the present, with no immediate plans to entertain any offers for their player, despite the ongoing rumours.
