Italian side SSC Napoli are reportedly open to sanctioning Victor Osimhen’s transfer to Turkish Super Lig giants Galatasaray.
The Turkish champions, early this week, offered to pay €75 million for the Nigerian Super Eagles sensation.
The fee, which is the same as the release clause of the 26-year-old, will be paid over a period of time.
While Napoli agrees with the plan to pay the fee in instalments, the club wants Galatasaray to provide financial guarantees.
It is only if the Turkish club provides the guarantees that Napoli will allow the transfer to go through.
According to sources, Victor Osimhen is also waiting for the situation to be clarified before making a final decision on his future, although he has agreed on personal terms with Galatasaray.
The Turkish Super Lig champions are currently working on the guarantees and are confident they will complete the signing of the prolific striker in the coming days.
Last season, Victor Osimhen played 41 games on loan for Galatasaray, where he scored 37 goals and provided 8 assists.
