Following the match, around fifty supporters attempted to force their way into Nancy’s locker room by invading the tunnel leading to the dressing room. President Jacques Rousselot strongly condemned their behavior, describing it as “intolerable, absurd, and aberrant.”
Rousselot expressed his dismay at the incident, labeling it as beyond comprehension and emphasizing that such actions have no place in football. He vowed to seek out the perpetrators and declared his commitment to defending the integrity of his players. Nancy currently sits at the bottom of the league table with five points out of 36 possible after 12 matchdays.
