Nael Anouari: Morocco-France winger joins ASPTT Caen on free transfer

ASPTT Caen have added Morocco-France winger Nael Anouari to their squad after the 23-year-old completed a free transfer from Grenoble B. The left-sided attacker moves into the National 2, Group C set-up as the Normandy club reshapes its options in wide areas.

Anouari, who was born on 5 February 2003 and stands at 1.81m, arrives primarily as a left winger but is comfortable operating on the right with his preferred right foot. He joins ASPTT Caen ahead of the new campaign, with the move finalised on 26 July 2026.

The switch ends Anouari’s spell with Grenoble’s reserve side in France, where he had been developing in a competitive environment beneath the senior team. His move to Caen represents a step into a first-team structure competing in the national pyramid, offering him the chance to test himself regularly at senior level.

Capable of stretching play on the flank and cutting inside from the left, Anouari adds a different profile to ASPTT Caen’s attacking options. His dual Moroccan and French nationality also underlines the cross-border pathways increasingly seen in French football’s lower divisions.

Anouari’s registration with ASPTT Caen is complete and he joins the National 2 – Group C club on a permanent deal following the expiry of his contract at Grenoble B.
