Moutaz Neffati: OH Leuven consider move for Norrkoping right-back

Tunisian-Swedish right-back Moutaz Neffati is the subject of a rumoured move from Norrkoping to Belgian club OH Leuven.

Neffati, 21, has been playing in Sweden’s Superettan with Norrkoping and has made 14 appearances in the 2026 campaign, scoring twice and providing one assist. He has started 62% of the club’s possible league matches and played 61% of the available minutes.

The defender joined Norrkoping’s senior side from the club’s under-19 team in June 2022 and remains contracted until 31 December 2028. His current market value is listed at €1.2m.

OH Leuven play in Belgium’s Jupiler Pro League, while Norrkoping compete in Sweden’s second tier. Neffati’s only competitive appearance outside the Superettan this season came in the Svenska Cupen, where he played 48 minutes.

The proposed move would represent Neffati’s first reported transfer abroad after previous loan spells with Swedish clubs IF Sylvia and KR Reykjavik. His loan at KR Reykjavik ended in July 2024, when he returned to Norrkoping.

There is no reported fee or probability attached to the rumour, and Neffati remains a Norrkoping player with more than two years left on his existing contract.
