Moroccan sensation Bilal El Khannouss delivered a standout performance on Tuesday night, guiding Leicester City to an impressive 3-1 win over West Ham United in the English Premier League.
Starting on the left wing for the Foxes in their Round 14 fixture, the 20-year-old attacker was a constant thorn in the Hammers’ defense. His creativity and composure were on full display as he played a key role in Leicester’s victory.
El Khannouss wasted no time making his mark, assisting Jamie Vardy’s opener just two minutes into the game. The early goal set the tone for a dominant Leicester performance under new manager Ruud van Nistelrooy.
In the second half, the Moroccan doubled his contribution, scoring in the 61st minute after combining brilliantly with Kasey McAteer. His well-taken goal highlighted his potential as one of Leicester’s most exciting attacking options.
Patson Daka added a third for Leicester to secure the win, while substitute Niklas Füllkrug scored a consolation goal for West Ham United.
El Khannouss has now registered one goal and one assist in nine Premier League appearances this season. As Leicester looks to build momentum under Van Nistelrooy, the Moroccan youngster will hope his performance earns him a regular starting spot in the lineup.
