Morocco’s U-20 national team is leaving no detail unchecked as they gear up for their World Cup opener against Spain in Group C.

With the tournament set to begin tomorrow in Chile, the young Atlas Cubs are channeling their energy into fine-tuning tactics, teamwork, and readiness.

The squad trained today at the Chilean Football Association’s grounds, where coach Mohamed Wahbi placed emphasis on technical drills and tactical sharpness. The session, which lasted an hour and a half, was designed to strengthen cohesion and prepare the players for the high intensity of their first challenge.

Wahbi expressed confidence in the team’s progress and underlined the importance of both mental and physical preparation. He noted the need to adjust to Chile’s climate and time difference, crucial factors in ensuring peak performance on match day.

“The training atmosphere is good, and the temperatures are moderate. We continue to work on the players’ adaptation to the climate and time zone, and this is an essential part of the current preparations,” Wahbi told the Royal Moroccan Football Federation’s website.
