Morocco to face Mozambique and Uganda in friendlies ahead of 2025 AFCON
The Atlas Lions of Morocco have scheduled two international friendlies in November as part of their final preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Morocco will first face Mozambique on November 14, before locking horns with Uganda four days later.
Both fixtures are set to take place at the Grand Stade de Tangier.
The matches, which fall within the official FIFA international window, offer head coach Walid Regragui a crucial opportunity to fine-tune his squad, experiment with tactical variations, and assess player form ahead of the continental showpiece.
With Mozambique and Uganda both featuring in recent AFCON editions, the games promise to be a strong test for Morocco as they aim to sharpen their competitive edge.
Tickets will be available for purchase through the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) website and official sales outlets. Fans can also follow the action live on Arryadia TV and SNRT Sport.
With less than two months to go before AFCON 2025 kicks off on home soil, these friendlies represent Morocco’s final tune-up before embarking on their quest to lift the trophy in front of their home fans.
