Morocco star Amine Harit suffers thigh injury in Marseille clash with PSG

Moroccan international Amine Harit suffered an injury while representing Olympique de Marseille in their French Ligue 1 clash against Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday evening.

Harit was handed a starting role at the Stade Vélodrome in the Matchday 5 encounter but was unable to complete the highly anticipated Le Classique after picking up an injury to the back of his thigh.

The attacking midfielder had worked his way back into an important position in Marseille coach Bruno Génésio’s plans after making a strong start to the new campaign.

However, his return to prominence was cut short when he felt pain in his thigh and was forced to leave the pitch, raising concerns over his availability for Marseille’s upcoming fixtures.
