Morocco midfielder Hamza Qarqor switches to Olympique Khouribga

Morocco midfielder Hamza Qarqor has joined Olympique Khouribga from USM Oujda on a free transfer, strengthening the club’s options in defensive midfield.

The 25-year-old completed the move on 15 August 2026 after two years with USM Oujda. Qarqor, who is right-footed and stands 1.86m tall, brings experience from Moroccan domestic football to his new club.

Qarqor’s spell at USM Oujda followed a free transfer from FUS Rabat in September 2024. He had previously joined FUS Rabat from Nessma Settat in August 2022, also without a transfer fee.

During his recorded domestic appearances, Qarqor scored once in seven Botola Pro Inwi matches and added one goal in five Coupe du Trone Marocaine outings. He also made one appearance in the Excellence Cup.

His role is primarily as a holding midfielder, with his physical profile and experience in Morocco’s domestic competitions forming the main background to the move. Qarqor has also been associated with Olympique Khouribga at national-club level.

The transfer continues the player’s sequence of moves between Moroccan clubs, with each of his last three transfers completed as a free transfer. He leaves USM Oujda after two seasons and begins a new chapter with Olympique Khouribga.

Qarqor’s arrival gives Olympique Khouribga a 25-year-old midfielder with experience across Botola, cup and domestic competition football. His first recorded appearances for the club will follow the completed switch.

Qarqor is now an Olympique Khouribga player after completing his free transfer from USM Oujda.
