Morocco: FRMF Ethics Committee sanctions ex-Regional League officer Mubarak Moussaoui for forgery and impersonation

The Ethics Committee of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation has imposed disciplinary measures against Mubarak Moussaoui, a former member of the executive office of the Souss-Massa Regional League, after finding him guilty of an offense related to forgery and impersonation.

In a statement released by the federation, the committee confirmed that Moussaoui has received an official warning and has been fined 20,000 Moroccan dirhams for his actions.

The statement explained that the sanction was issued after Moussaoui signed official club documents despite being under suspension, an act that was deemed to involve forgery and impersonation.

According to the federation, the decision reflects the Ethics Committee’s determination to uphold the laws and regulations that govern national football.

It also serves as a reminder that any conduct capable of undermining the credibility and integrity of football administration will be addressed through appropriate disciplinary action.
