The trial scheduled to take place last week for Amine Erbate was postponed for the fourth consecutive time by the Ain Sebaa court of first instance. This delay occurred because Erbate, the main person concerned, was not present to provide evidence of the truth of his accusations against his former club, Raja Casablanca.
This repeated absence prompted Raja Casablanca to take action to expedite the resolution of the matter. The club decided to file a new complaint directly with the public prosecutor against their former captain. This step was taken in an effort to accelerate the legal proceedings.
The trial, now rescheduled for March 3 before the Ain Sebaa court of first instance, will require Erbate’s presence to substantiate his accusations.
