Morocco coach Mohamed Ouahbi names squad for friendlies against Ecuador and Paraguay
Morocco coach Mohamed Ouahbi has unveiled his squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Ecuador and Paraguay.
The Atlas Lions are set to face Ecuador on Friday, March 27, 2026, in Madrid, Spain, before taking on Paraguay on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in Lens, France.
Ahead of the games, Ouahbi, who was recently appointed as Walid Regragui’s successor has announced his squad at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, with several new faces making the cut.
The squad features a mix of established internationals and exciting newcomers, with Redouane Halhal, Issa Diop, and Yasser Zabiri earning their first call-ups to the senior team.
Ouahbi expressed confidence that the blend of experience and fresh talent will give Morocco a competitive edge in both fixtures.
