Morocco centre-back Mohamed Ali Manali completes Mansouria move from CS Fnideq

Morocco defender Mohamed Ali Manali has joined Mansouria from CS Fnideq on a free transfer, completing his move to the club on 2 September 2026.

The 26-year-old centre-back arrives after spending the second half of the 2025-26 season with CS Fnideq, having joined the club in January after a period without a club. His switch to Mansouria marks the latest move in a career that has included spells with several Moroccan sides.

Manali made 31 appearances in the Botola Pro Inwi during the 2025-26 campaign and provided one assist. He also featured three times in the Coupe du Trone Marocaine, giving him 34 competitive appearances across the season.

Born in Fnideq on 25 May 2000, Manali began his senior pathway with MAT Youth before moving to MAT Reserve. He subsequently stepped up to Moghreb Tetouan, where he continued his development before joining CSN Martil in September 2022.

His later career included free-transfer moves to RCA Reserve, USM Oujda and Nojom Ajdabia, before he joined Union Military in January 2025. That spell ended in July, after which he was without a club until CS Fnideq brought him in six months later.

Manali is listed at 1.80m and is comfortable using either foot. His arrival gives Mansouria a defender with recent experience of regular league football, following a season in which he played more than 2,100 minutes in the Botola Pro Inwi.

The move also sees Manali return to a club environment in Morocco after his most recent spell with CS Fnideq, continuing a career built across domestic sides from the north and elsewhere in the country.

Mansouria have secured Manali’s services without a transfer fee, with the Morocco centre-back joining the club from CS Fnideq on 2 September 2026.
