Morena Ramoreboli has stepped down as head coach of Botswana’s Jwaneng Galaxy, the club confirmed on Tuesday, December 17, 2024.
The South African coach will temporarily step away to focus on personal matters, with his assistant, Blessing Moyo, taking over as interim head coach.
Jwaneng Galaxy’s official statement clarified that the departure is not permanent, with the club expressing appreciation for Ramoreboli’s contribution to the team.
“This adjustment allows head coach, Morena Ramoreboli, to focus on his personal commitments at the moment.
We thank you for your understanding and continued support during this period,” the statement read.
The club has appointed Blessing Moyo, the assistant coach, to oversee the team during this period.
