Ivory Coast and Senegal are set to represent Africa in the Beach Soccer World Cup in Tahiti, starting on September 18. In the same group as defending champion Russia, Japan, and Paraguay, Ivory Coast aims to advance beyond the group stage. Soro Jean, the coach of Ivory Coast’s beach soccer team, emphasized the importance of physical conditioning for playing in the sand, stating that players need to be 120% physically ready. The tournament will run from September 18 to 28.
