Paris Saint-Germain’s Randal Kolo Muani was once again missing from the squad in the Trophée des Champions against AS Monaco on Sunday, fueling speculation that his time at PSG is nearing its end.
Despite being on the sidelines, Kolo Muani’s future remains uncertain, with PSG’s stance on his departure becoming clearer.
AS Monaco, looking to fill the void left by Folarin Balogun’s injury, made a move for the striker. The club has been actively seeking a replacement following Balogun’s shoulder surgery, with other options including Manfred Ugalde and Mika Biereth, according to various reports. However, it was Kolo Muani who attracted Monaco’s attention, prompting a loan bid.
The offer, however, was swiftly rejected by PSG, as confirmed by Téléfoot. PSG’s preference is to either sell the forward outright or loan him with an option to buy. Multiple clubs, including Aston Villa, Manchester United, RB Leipzig, AC Milan, and Juventus, are still keen on securing his services.
