Monaco linked with Frosinone winger Fares Ghedjemis

Algerian-French winger Fares Ghedjemis is being linked with a move from Frosinone to Monaco, with the Ligue 1 club monitoring the 23-year-old ahead of a possible transfer.

Ghedjemis joined Frosinone from French side FC Rouen in January 2024 for a reported €300,000 and remains under contract with the Italian club until 30 June 2028. He plays primarily on the right wing and is listed as a Frosinone player in Serie A.

The Montreuil-born attacker has made 58 Serie B appearances during his career, scoring 17 goals and providing four assists. He also recorded seven goals and nine assists in 29 appearances in France’s National 1 before moving to Italy.

Ghedjemis has represented both Algeria and France at nationality level, although no senior international record is included in the available details. His career has also included spells with Vannes, Evreux FC 27, Le Havre B and Troyes’ under-19 side.

The reported interest from Monaco comes with Ghedjemis’ current market valuation listed at €7.5m, while Frosinone have him tied to a long-term contract. No transfer has been confirmed, and the available information does not indicate that negotiations between the clubs have begun.
