**Adama Traoré Focused on Earning Starting Spot at Monaco**
Adama Traoré, who joined AS Monaco from Lille this summer, is working hard to secure a place in Leonardo Jardim’s starting lineup. While the 20-year-old Malian winger initially hoped for more playing time, he has found himself primarily as a substitute in the early part of the season. Despite the limited opportunities, Traoré remains calm and optimistic about his future at the club.
“I thought I would play more, but since I signed, I haven’t had much game time,” Traoré told *Onze Mondial*, as reported by Mensquare.com. “However, I’m not worried. I arrived not long ago, and with time, I know I’ll establish myself.”
While acknowledging the disappointment of not being a regular starter, Traoré respects the coach’s decisions. “These are the coach’s choices, and I respect them. I come to training every day determined to show the coach that I deserve to play. When the chance comes, I’ll take it.”
The former Lille player is confident in his ability to earn a starting spot. “I have confidence in myself and in my work. Whether the coach gives me 5, 10, or 15 minutes, I give my all. I work hard in training, and when I get on the pitch, I give my best.”
Traoré is fully committed to earning his place, believing that hard work will eventually lead to more regular opportunities.
