Representatives from media institutions attending the press conference for the coaches of Renaissance Berkane and Zamalek, paused for a minute of silence earlier today, mourning the passing of Ahmed Nouir, a correspondent for the Qatari beIN Sports channels.

Prior to the commencement of the press conference with Zamalek’s coach Jose Peseiro, the media liaison for CAF requested media attendees to observe a moment of silence to honor the memory of Ahmed Nouir, a loss deeply felt within the Egyptian media fraternity, who passed away earlier this week.

In a display of solidarity and respect, the gathered media personnel stood in silence, paying tribute to Nouir’s contributions to sports journalism in Egypt and beyond.

Moein Chaabani, the coach of Renaissance Berkane, also extended his condolences to the Egyptian colleagues before delivering his analysis ahead of tomorrow’s match.
