Mohamed Sissoko, having departed Paris Saint-Germain, is currently without a club. However, he has taken the initiative to train with Monaco, under the management of Claudio Ranieri. Sissoko, familiar with Ranieri from their time together at Valencia and Juventus, aims to showcase his abilities during training, with the hope of convincing his former coach to retain him and possibly extend a contract offer.
“I personally requested to train here. I have a history with Ranieri, having been coached by him at Valencia and Juventus,” reveals the Malian midfielder. Despite the current complexities, Sissoko remains optimistic about the prospect of securing a place within the Monaco squad.
“My situation is a bit challenging at the moment, but discussions about my future will happen soon,” he hinted.
Sissoko’s departure from Paris Saint-Germain was amicable, leading him to actively seek a new club. Despite frequent speculations linking him to the English championship, he currently remains unemployed.
