Mohamed Salah has reportedly declined Liverpool’s latest contract extension offer, leaving uncertainty over his future at Anfield.

Egyptian outlet Masrawy revealed that Salah rejected a multi-year deal with reduced wages.

The forward’s current contract, signed in 2022, runs until June 2025.

Salah has been in outstanding form this season, scoring 21 goals and providing 17 assists, helping Liverpool secure a six-point lead in the Premier League title race.

Despite his contributions, the proposed pay cut is believed to be the reason for the impasse.

With Salah’s long-term future now in doubt, Liverpool faces a crucial decision as the star player edges closer to the end of his contract.
