Mohamed Salah has made history once again, matching a significant Premier League milestone held by Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Egyptian international was named the Premier League Player of the Month for November, following a stellar series of performances that included four goals and an assist across two key matches for Liverpool.
Salah’s impressive contributions were highlighted by his double against Southampton in a thrilling 3-2 victory, as well as an assist in Liverpool’s 2-0 triumph over Aston Villa.
His remarkable performances earned him the accolade for the sixth time in his career, bringing him level with former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard and Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo.
This latest achievement sees Salah join an elite group of players who have received the Player of the Month award six times.
However, he is still one behind the all-time record, currently held by Harry Kane and Sergio Agüero, who each earned the prestigious honour seven times.
Salah, in fine form, looks well-positioned to potentially match or surpass this record if he continues his exceptional displays in the coming weeks.
The 32-year-old forward has been in electrifying form this season, playing a pivotal role in Liverpool’s attacking efforts.
In addition to his Player of the Month performance, Salah was involved in every goal during Liverpool’s victories against Manchester City (2-0) and a 3-3 draw with Newcastle.

Over these two matches, he scored three goals and provided two assists, further cementing his status as one of the league’s most influential players.
Salah has now scored 16 goals and recorded 12 assists in 22 appearances this season, making him one of the most decisive players in Europe’s top five leagues.
He currently ranks third in terms of goal involvements, behind only Harry Kane, who has scored 20 goals and contributed 9 assists for Bayern Munich, and Omar Marmoush of Frankfurt, who has 18 goals and 11 assists.
With his consistent form, Salah is proving to be a key asset for Liverpool and continues to carve his name into Premier League history.
