Mohamed Madani, who recently caught the eye of Algerian national team coach Vladimir Petkovic with standout performances for CS Constantine in the Algerian championship, is poised to continue his career with JS Kabylie (JSK), one of Algeria’s esteemed football clubs.

Exclusive information obtained by Africafoot from sources close to JSK indicates that Madani’s transfer to the club is imminent.

Despite being 32 years old, which typically limits European prospects, Madani has opted to join JS Kabylie.

The club and the player have finalized the terms of a two-year contract, which is expected to be formalized in the coming days.

Madani returned from Tunisia on Friday and is scheduled for a presentation at the headquarters of Mobilis, the club’s main sponsor, in the near future.

JS Kabylie’s management has offered Madani, who arrives as a free agent, an attractive contract reflecting his experience and value in the Algerian football scene.

His market worth is estimated at 300,000 euros, and he will receive a monthly salary exceeding 24,000 euros.

Madani’s imminent arrival follows the recent signing of goalkeeper Gaya Merbah, underlining JSK’s proactive approach in bolstering their squad ahead of the upcoming season.

The club’s ambitions extend beyond these acquisitions, with plans to further strengthen the team in the days ahead.

Among the potential new recruits is Ilyes Chetti, who has signaled his intent to join JS Kabylie pending his release from Wydad Casablanca.

Chetti, formerly of SCO Angers, has initiated proceedings with FIFA to expedite his clearance, citing outstanding salary issues with his current club.

Additionally, JSK’s management is actively negotiating with Brahim Dib from CS Constantine and Yousri Bouzok from Raja Casablanca.

Bouzok, facing unresolved salary disputes, could potentially join JS Kabylie or another destination without a transfer fee, which stands at 600,000 euros.

JS Kabylie, known for its rich history in Algerian football, continues to attract seasoned players like Madani, reinforcing its squad as it prepares for the challenges of the upcoming season.

The club’s strategic recruitment drive underscores its commitment to competitiveness and success both domestically and potentially in continental competitions.

As Madani prepares to don the JS Kabylie colors, his experience and leadership are expected to play a pivotal role in the team’s aspirations for silverware in the forthcoming campaigns.

Fans eagerly anticipate seeing him in action alongside the club’s new signings, as JS Kabylie gears up for what promises to be an exciting chapter in Algerian football.
