Following the draw against Club Sportif Tunisien, Club Sportif Sfaxien’s coach, Mohamed Kokki, emphasized the influence of Guinean midfielder Fodé Camara’s absence on the team’s midfield performance.
In a statement to Diwan FM, Kokki highlighted the technical touch in midfield that Club Sportif Sfaxien lacked during the match against Club Sportif Tunisien due to Fodé Camara’s absence.
He noted that this absence affected the style of play and performance, despite the efforts of Jasser Maroufi and Moussa Konté.
“Today, our team did not capitalize well on set-pieces for scoring goals, lacking that crucial final touch. However, Club Sportif Sfaxien can continue to compete for the second position,” Kokki stated.
He concluded by mentioning the limited time he has had to work with the team, with only 10 days and 6 training sessions since joining Club Sportif Sfaxien.
Despite this, he highlighted the offensive performance in the second half after changing the tactical formation to 4-4-2.
It is noteworthy that Club Sportif Sfaxien has secured 5 points in 3 matches since Mohamed Kokki took over as coach, rising to fourth place with a total of 9 points.
