Mohamed Awad Alla: UAE-Sudan winger joins FC Baniyas on loan from Al-Ain
FC Baniyas have signed United Arab Emirates-Sudan winger Mohamed Awad Alla on loan from UAE Pro League champions Al-Ain. The 23-year-old left-sided attacker moves across the league for the 2026-27 season in a deal agreed on 13 July.
Awad Alla, who is right-footed and stands at 1.79m, arrives at Baniyas with top-flight and continental experience from his time with Al-Ain and during a spell in Poland. He is under contract with Al-Ain until June 2027 and is scheduled to return there at the end of his loan.
Primarily a left winger, Awad Alla has made his name in the UAE Pro League, scoring eight goals and providing six assists in 47 league appearances. He has also featured in cup competitions and the AFC Champions League, amassing more than 2,800 senior minutes across league, domestic cups and continental action.
Last season he helped Al-Ain secure the UAE league title and Presidents Cup, adding to a domestic treble of major honours that also includes a previous league and League Cup double. His market value is currently listed at 275,000.
Awad Allas career has included loan spells designed to increase his exposure and game time, including a move to Polish side Lechia Gdansk in the Ekstraklasa and an earlier stint at UAE club Khor Fakkan before returning to Al-Ains first team.
The winger now links up with FC Baniyas for the 2026-27 campaign on a season-long loan from Al-Ain.
